海南外國(guó)語(yǔ)職業(yè)學(xué)院位于我國(guó)首個(gè)濱海衛(wèi)星發(fā)射場(chǎng)——文昌市，始建于1947年，是經(jīng)海南省*批準(zhǔn)并報(bào)教育部備案的公辦全日制外語(yǔ)類高等職業(yè)院校，也是海南省外語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言最多、外語(yǔ)專業(yè)最齊全的高校。 2012年成為全省第二所省市共建大學(xué)，2018年成為海南省教育廳批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)的省級(jí)優(yōu)質(zhì)大學(xué)。
